AKO offers pneumatic control, feedback, vacuum, safety and installation accessories designed to work with air-operated pinch valves. Accessories can be selected individually or combined into a complete control arrangement based on the valve and process requirements.
Build a complete pneumatic pinch valve system
The accessory arrangement can regulate and prepare compressed air, electrically control the pinch valve, monitor pressure, shorten opening time, support vacuum operation or provide additional safety functions. AKO also offers mounting components and accessories that can be prepared or preset for the intended valve installation.

Accessory order and installation matter
Accessories are not simply added in any order. The correct sequence depends on their function. Common arrangements may include a pressure/filter regulator followed by a solenoid valve and quick exhaust valve, or a pressure/filter regulator ahead of an AKOVAC system. Safety arrangements can require pressure monitoring and a reserve compressed-air supply.

Designed around AKO air-operated pinch valves
Accessory compatibility varies by valve series, nominal diameter and application. AKO accessory systems are used with multiple air-operated pinch-valve families, including VF, VM, VMC, VMCE, VMP and other compatible designs. Specialized versions may also be available for demanding environments; hazardous-area suitability must be confirmed for the complete application.
